In times of change, leaders must be flexible and involve their teams in leading them forward. Most leaders have no idea how to do this. “The manager as a team navigator” is a practical and applicable program for managers, that trains them to harness  and connect the team, leading the entire team to achieve exceptional results. The program teaches unique skills that will enable managers to lead their teams as a whole unit. They will develop a style of leadership that involves others and learn how to lead the Y Generation and Knowledge Workers, develop comprehensive perceptions, skills and tools to lead their teams to excellence.
The program is required when it is necessary to develop managers to lead teams, as part of management development or when it is required to prepare managers to develop during times of change.
