Outplacement Processes
The process of Outplacement enables all participants (employees / executives) to identify their authentic, optimal career path, and to focus their search in order to be successfully positioned in their next role.
The process is based on the N.E.W.S. ® Model, through which the participants can identify their core abilities and passions, in order to establish and crystalize their authentic direction. As part of the process, each participant has an appropriate resume and a LinkedIn page written, meetings are held to identify suitable organizations, preparation for interviews, job on boardingand so on.
