Executive Conferences

Every organization holds executive conferences every so often. Momentum Group specializes in the planning and execution of executive conference.
Our conferences are designed for every management level and focus on one specific topic such as: improving the work interface between senior and middle management, development of work programs derived from the organizational plans, annual sales conferences, presentation of a broad organizational change and how this impacts each department/division in the organization.
Our conferences last all day and are experiential and active, led simultaneously by a number of facilitators. During the conference, a large group of executives or employees undergoes structured activities with shared participation in one space, in accordance with the predefined objectives, leading to collaborative results.
