Currently, organizations expect their leaders and managers to take personal responsibility for navigating and developing their own careers, while taking into consideration, the needs of the organization. Usually, most people lack the skills, tools and perceptions required to do so.
“Personal Navigation” is a program that helps leaders and managers navigate themselves better within the organization.
Two profoundly intriguing days of experiencing an interactive workshop, during which every participant identifies and defines their personal and authentic direction within the organization, based on deep, inner motivation. The participants break through personal boundaries and create a practical plan of action. The workshop includes abundant simulations and activities, experiences that help the participants take the “driver’s seat” and develop their careers within the organization.
