Organizations today expect their leaders and managers to take an active role in the development, mentoring, coaching, and connectiveness with the team members they manage in the organization.
“The Manager as a Mentor” training was designed specifically to qualify managers to lead short and impactful mentoring conversations, in situations where there is a need for a team member to move forward, to cope better with challenges and achieve better performance.
A three-day workshop that equips the participants with practical and applicable perceptions, skills and tools to manage short and meaningful mentoring conversations. They will develop  personal leadership abilities  and reinforce the culture of mentoring throughout the organization.
