Training Service Representatives

Service representatives are the organization’s showcase. Sometimes, these employees are temporary or replacement employees, which means that the organization hardly invests in their qualification. High level service, however, is the basis for long term client satisfaction.
Momentum Group has for many years, provided training for field service representatives and call service providers, in many industries.
The programs are based on international models which Momentum Group represents in Israel. The training sessions are all active, involving simulations taken from true situations which the representatives deal with. Training focuses mainly on skills the representative can apply immediately in their work, to offer a different service experience to customers.
